My approach to hair and makeup for beauty and fashion editorial is to keep it simple, working closely with an editor, photographer or stylist to bring out the best from a model, complementing the fashion story. I’ve worked on numerous campaigns and redevelopment projects for international beauty brands such as L’Oreal, Boots No. 7, Rimmel London and Clinique.
I’ve worked with celebrities on magazine shoots, film and BAFTA events, including: Cara Delavigne, Glenn Close, Lashana Lynch, Jessica Oyelowo, Gillian Anderson, Emilia Fox, Dawn French, Michelle Dockery, Ricky Gervais, Jim Carter, Dame Penelope Wilton and Dame Helen Mirren to name a few. I am very comfortable working with a diverse group of skin tones and age groups.

Makeup should be accessible for all budgets, so you needn’t spend a fortune. I’m often amazed at how much money is spent on the wrong products. I’ll help you reduce the number of products you need and save money by making more informed choices.
One-to-one masterclasses start with a two-hour makeup tutorial for a natural day look and skin care advice. I also offer a four-hour bespoke lesson which is more tailor-made to your individual needs. I can either travel to you or welcome you to my Edinburgh studio.
